The holidays can be a tough time for us depressives. Several years ago, I’d have mini meltdowns in November. We always seemed to have some family crisis going on around that time, and I didn’t react well to them. It hasn’t been like that for a long time now (I’m not sure why, but I’ll take it!). Anyway, I’ve been there, and I know many of you have been, too, and a lot of you are still going through it.
