OSMI (Open Sourcing Mental Illness) is a non-profit organization that was created by Ed Finkler, a web developer with mental illness. OSMI has a new video out that discusses the rights the mentally ill have under the Americans With Disabilities Act (the ADA), how to decrease stigma in the workplace, and how employers can create work environments that are more inclusive of the mentally ill. Though the video and organization are geared towards people with mental illness who work in technology, there is a lot here that can benefit workers in any industry.
